ED3-Studio is the project of Thierry Ruiz, a music lab built to turn one artist's passion for sound into something shared with the world. Based between France and Australia, with Brazilian roots, Thierry draws on a genuinely mixed cultural background in every release.
The story starts at 7, falling in love with the piano, followed by ten years of classical training that still shapes the sense of melody underneath every track. Composing began at 15 and has continued ever since.
Genre isn't the point. ED3-Studio moves freely across trance, techno, psy-trance and Goa, classical, rock and pop, always exploring rather than settling on one sound. Each release is treated as an experiment built around mood and memory rather than a fixed style.
At its core, music has always been a way to relax and reset, and that instinct still drives every new direction ED3-Studio takes. A chance meeting with a longtime musical hero left a lasting mark too, feeding directly into how new material gets made.
